1 year Warranty
All The Kada Hub jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your piece has a manufacturing defect within this period, we will exchange it for you.
50% Buyback Exchange Program
Within 1 year of purchase, you may exchange your piece toward a new purchase and receive 50% of your original purchase price as credit.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
• Custom photo pendants
• Any engraved or personalized items
• Custom sized items — if a specific size was requested and made to order, it is non-refundable
• Items with physical damage caused after delivery
• Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, or improper care
• Any item not in its original condition
All sales on custom and personalized orders are final.
Care Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper care of their jewellery. Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or exposure to harsh substances voids the warranty.
Shipping Policy for Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending items back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
